Where are you located?


Middleburg, FL just outside of Jacksonville, FL.




How much do your cakes cost?


Price is very dependent on design, flavors, complexity, etc. Please submit an order form for a customized quote.




How far in advance do you accept orders?


We accept orders up to 6 months in advance.




How much of a notice do you need?


We request you give us at least 2 weeks notice for orders, however that does not guarantee a spot will be available for your date. The sooner you book, the better! We try our best to accommodate every request within reason.




Do you offer fondant covered cakes?


No, I do not cover cakes in fondant. I only offer buttercream cakes. However, I can make small fondant details as needed to accompany your cake.




Do you offer allergy friendly, gluten free, vegan desserts?


A: Not at this time. Our items share equipment with potential allergens.




How do I pay for my order?


Accepted payment methods are: Card, Cash, and Paypal. Invoices are provided upon receipt and confirmation of your quote.




Do you deliver?


Delivery is available. Delivery fee is dependent upon your location.




Can I pick up my order?


Yes, you may pick up your order. I will provide the address upon order confirmation.




Do you offer wedding cakes?


Yes, I do offer tiered wedding cakes up to 100 servings. Smaller single tiered cakes can be ordered to accommodate the remaining servings. Please email me for more information.




Do you require a deposit? When is my payment due?


All orders require a 25% deposit to secure the date and booking Payment is due the day before delivery for electronic payments; cash payments are taken at the time of delivery. Invoices allow the option to prepay for your order, should you choose to do so, your payment amount will be in holding until you receive your item.




How do I cut the cake?


A guide will be included with your cake.




What is your cancellation policy?


Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before your order. Should you cancel after 14 days prior, you will forfeit any deposit made. This is due to materials that may have already been acquired, prep work that has been done, and a time slot that now remains unfilled.
